Bullseye WIP

Pencils , inks & colors all done by me.

It all started with Daredevil #5 which is written by Kevin Smith and pencilled by Joe Quesada back in 2002. Being a latecomer of the series and i can easily say i like the Devil and the story arc.

But loved Bullseye more so.

I was familiar with the guy before from both Thunderbolts series and the screenplay. After putting the book back on shelf , i extremely wanted to give him a shot.

Then...

I wanted to color it as well.

It's the WIP version of a bigger portrait. In the final version , there are going to be two individuals extra; One is a guy...well...a disabled guy , and one of his lovers --Guess who?

Yes , you know you're right.

Batman: Mondays 01

Hey people ,

I've decided to kick off a weekly program , so ,as regard to this , you'll see anew Batman piece every monday and here's the first piece out of it. I wanted to put my utmost supreme effort in it just to have a good start and i think i outdid myself , even tough i had a fulfill schedule that i sometimes feel like i can't breathe.

What do you think? Bring the comments and crits on!

A Tough decision

I've previously announced that the piece is going to be a cover for a webzine that's based on comics and literature.

Due to my lack of experience and talent for coloring stuff , i've shouted out for some colorist to have a hand on it voluntarily and few replied back with good news. Daniel and Blyss , who that colored plenty of my stuff before as well , has wanted to give it a shot. Glad they did.

Actually , they both sent me their own pieces in very same day a week ago , and from that time on , i and the editor of the mag have been struggling to choose which one to go with. It was a tough call to make , indeed , because it was pretty obvious that they both put their supreme effort in their own pieces and --this is the most important part-- the pieces were so close with each other. One's strenght was another's minus and --DEFINITELY-- one was not better than the other one.

SO ,

I and the editor , has decided to sort it out as which one is closer to be a magazine cover and a comic book cover. That's how we decided to set things through. So that , as a result of what have been going on for a week and regard to serial talks we've made , we picked Daniel's. I'm sorry for Blyss after she has put all this utmost effort. I'm absolutely sure that it'd be the same way if we decided to go with the other's and the other.

I , again , greatly appreciate all their effort as well as i do with Dean. He's a 15-year-old guy that wanted to try my piece out with traditional way by using color pens. It was fun stuff , though. Something pretty different.

p.s. Almost forgot. Blyss is at the left while Daniel stand on its right.

New stuff from Blyss!

Blyss , who that has colored few of my other before and will color the 3-in-1 piece i've just previously posted here , has shown up with the Dark Knight this time. Actually , she gave the piece a shot sometime ago for the first time and she wasn't happy with the result. So that i've given her some specific instructions for her to use them if she really wanted to give the piece another try really. She got me very well , indeed. I really wasn't aware she was aware of how much i love sharp colors. Thank you so much , again , Blyss. It was a classy move.

3-in-1

A piece i've prepared for the services of Golge Web Magazine which is very comics-based. And also , there are going to be two colored versions of the very drawing done by the talented hands of Dann Yates and Blyss each. I'm glad to work with them again in another project as they've previously colored some of my other works.

And also , everybody is free to work on my pieces as long as they share it with us , to cite.

Ayhan Hayrula colored the Savage Dragon!

Ayhan Hayrula , from DeviantArt , has finally show up with the piece i specifically asked him to color.

Anyway , what makes this piece different for me is that it was me asked Ayhan to color my Savage Dragon piece as request and , fortunately , he didn't reject the idea. It was an intented request because i'm a hardcore watcher of him , as i tagged him on my DeviantArt journal as "biggest talent from my home country" way before. I'm in love with his colors as well as his lines , either.

How the piece is turned out to be is way beyond of satisfaction for me , i find it fabulous. Fabulous , literally.

Attract on his profile , too , which is an other request that i'm doing to you , watchers , this time. Don't let me down , gang!

Peace.

Savage Dragon!

This is the piece i mostly enjoyed myself while drawing it.

Joker: Progress

I've been thinking about this lately. According to me , Joker is absolutely nothing without colors involved. It looks like an ordinary guy from this point of view. And , by the way , i was also thinking about kicking off practicing on coloring a bit and as a composure of that , i've intented to put colors in my Joker piece for you , viewers , to get it more correctly and completely.

I know the colors have turned out to be so basic , it's because of my lack of ability and experience as well. But , do not forget; i only did it just because to show you what and Joker should look like. It was my first time at it on my own.

Joker

Here is a Joker piece i've done few months ago. God , i really have to take care of this blog much more frequently.

Some other people has colored my own stuff...

Here are all the fantastic pieces they made the touch-ups on. Glad they did , proud they did.

Dark Knight

A Batman piece that i've done recently.
Actually , it is not a "Batman" really. It'd be better if i ended it up as Daredevil because Batman's mask covers her nose upwards but it doesn't work in this piece that way.

Hey Again!

Hey , people!

It is my carelessness (claim it -dumbness!) again. Shortly after a supersonic memory loss , i couldn't sign my account in to blogger so that i had to reopen it and change the domain.

I'm now using a secure account which has a indestructible name/pass info i've been keeping on in the bright corners of my mind so that i will never ever forget the pass at last.

Peace out.
